When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation will be sent once your order has been received. A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been confirmed and accepted by Forbidden Bindings.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in circumstances including:

Products being unavailable.
Errors in product descriptions or pricing.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payments through our available payment providers, including card payments and bank payment options provided through our payment processing services.

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. Forbidden Bindings does not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders will aim to be dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received.

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Delivery times vary depending on the courier, seasonal demand, and circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. Forbidden Bindings cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All orders are packaged discreetly.

8. Age Restrictions

10.5. Intimate Product Returns and Hygiene Requirements

Due to the intimate nature of certain products, all adult products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of intimate products that have been opened, used, worn, or removed from their original sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty or your statutory consumer rights apply.

All returned intimate products are subject to inspection. If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the return may be rejected. Where a return is rejected, customers will be contacted and given the option to pay return postage within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refund Policy. If return postage is not received within this timeframe, the item will be securely disposed of.
